Role Description
This is a full-time, Work From Home role for a Title Searcher/Title Specialist located in Mysore. The responsibilities include conducting title searches, verifying property title information, analyzing deeds, reviewing liens, and ensuring accuracy in the chain of title. The Title Specialist will also ensure due diligence and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in conducting Title Searches and analyzing Chain of Title
- Familiarity with reviewing and validating Deeds and understanding property documentation
- Expertise in identifying and handling Liens and associated compliance requirements
- Understanding of Escrow processes and related legal documentation
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in documentation
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using title search software and tools is a plus
- Prior experience in title research or real estate documentation is preferred
