Role Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Title Searcher to join our team at Swajay Business Solutions, LLC. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Title Searcher will be responsible for conducting comprehensive title searches, examining property records, identifying liens and issues within the chain of title, analyzing deeds, and reviewing escrow documents to ensure compliance and accuracy. The role requires maintaining data integrity, preparing clear and concise reports, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting Liens and Title Searches
- Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing Chain of Title and Deed documentation
- Familiarity with processes related to Escrow and property transactions
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to investigate property records thoroughly
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in the Mortgage, Real Estate, or Title industry is a plus
- Proficiency with title search software and relevant tools is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of experience in a related field
