Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Title Searcher role based in Bengaluru. The Title Searcher will conduct detailed title searches and examinations to assess property ownership and identify any liens, claims, or other issues. Primary responsibilities include reviewing chain of title, deeds, and escrow documents, preparing accurate title reports, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations. Additional tasks include verifying legal ownership, understanding encumbrances, and collaborating with the team to ensure timely processing of files.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in conducting Title Searches and analyzing Chain of Title
- Knowledge of processing and reviewing Deeds and verifying Liens
- Familiarity with escrow processes and document filing procedures
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines
- Experience in title and real estate industries preferred
- Proficiency in utilizing title research tools, databases, and technology platforms
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate results
