Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Title Searcher. The Title Searcher will be responsible for conducting detailed title searches, reviewing chains of title, verifying deeds, investigating liens, and managing escrow details. The role requires exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of property records and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Title Searches and Chain of Title analysis
• Strong understanding of Liens and legal implications related to property transactions
• Experience working with Deeds and property documentation
• Familiarity with managing Escrow processes and procedures
• Ability to work with precision, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of legal or real estate industry practices is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification or a related field preferred
