This role is for our international pillar, Titan Wealth International (TWI), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Paraplanner will work closely with the Head of Advice, playing a crucial role in evaluating the quality of financial advice provided to TWI clients. This position ensures that all advice adheres to the highest industry standards and complies with regulatory requirements.

The candidate will offer exceptional specialist support and guidance to the Private Wealth team, contributing significantly to the delivery of top-tier advice. They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the integrity of our financial advisory services.

In this role, the Paraplanner will support advisers with complex cases, providing thorough research and analysis to enhance the client experience. They should be knowledgeable and dedicated to continuous professional development to stay ahead in the ever-evolving financial landscape.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Advice in evaluating the quality of financial advice provided to clients
  • Provide high-quality specialist support and guidance to Financial Advisers, ensuring advice meets industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Help write suitability reports for complex cases, including tax-efficient investment strategies and trust planning
  • Enhance and integrate advice standards into the company's processes, ensuring adherence
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the company's presentation materials
  • Create internal sales aids or bulletins on tax changes and revenue-generating business opportunities
  • Periodically review and update suitability report templates to align with regulatory standards


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical development or advice role
  • Minimum degree level education
  • Level 4 Qualified (or close to achieving) from a Financial Industry recognized institute
  • Understanding of the financial sector including sales principles challenges, and best practices
  • Ability to analyse financial data and provide insights for complex cases
  • Proficiency in writing detailed suitability reports, including tax-efficient investment strategies and trust planning
  • Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential - be comfortable navigating CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track inquiries, and maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency in data entry tools and attention to detail are important
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards that govern our industry and the ability to ensure that the service they provide complies with these requirements
