</div><div>🔧 <strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>As a <strong>Lead Mitigation Technician</strong>, you will be responsible for managing water mitigation projects from start to finish. This includes leading crews, setting up drying equipment, monitoring jobs, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with <strong>IICRC standards</strong>.<br><br>
</div><div>âś… <strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Lead and manage mitigation crews on job sites </li>
<li> Perform water extraction, demolition, and drying setup </li>
<li> Monitor drying progress using moisture meters and psychometrics </li>
<li> Document jobs (photos, notes, readings) accurately </li>
<li> Communicate with customers, adjusters, and office staff </li>
<li>Â Ensure all work meets <strong>IICRC S500 standards</strong>
</li>
<li> Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness </li>
<li>Â Be part of an <strong>on-call rotation for emergency services</strong>
</li>
</ul><div>🧠<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>1–3+ years</strong> in water mitigation/restoration </li>
<li>
<strong>IICRC WRT certification required</strong> (ASD a plus)Â </li>
<li> Strong leadership and communication skills </li>
<li> Ability to work in high-stress, emergency situations </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license with clean driving record </li>
<li> Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various environments </li>
