About the role

Responsible for providing functional HR expertise, consulting and advisory services to the Senior Management & Business Leaders in the Corporate function. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with Business Leaders to understand their people agenda and provide strategic HR inputs and solutions. • Facilitate effective talent management practices including talent acquisition, on-boarding, learning & development, performance management, talent & succession planning. • Collaborate with various HR functions like Rewards, HRBP, L&D, Org Effectiveness to deliver integrated solutions to the business. • Provide HR advisory to managers on day-to-day people management issues and ensure compliance. • Support business transformation initiatives through effective change management. • Contribute to shaping and implementing HR policies and processes aligned to business needs. • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
