About the role
1. Analysis of key KPI's of New Product Development, Identify Insights and arrive at Idea Proposals o Creation of Central Repository for New Product Data o Product Profitability Analysis o NP Inventory Analysis o New Product Introduction Analysis – Brand Wise, Price Band Wise, Cluster Wise and identifying NP Adequacy at Price Bands. Predictive modeling & Scenario Mapping of NP Introduction o Competitor Product Analysis o New Product Sell Thru' Analysis – Success rate & reason for best sellers o NP Development – Hit Ratio o Cost of Prototyping o NP Revenue Generation & Per Capita output o NP Inventory Analysis o Data Mining – Brand / NPD/ DEC / Supply agencies & Market Visit inputs
2. Automation of Key dashboards arrived from the Analytics both by self & in co-ordination with IT Team
3. Preparation of Policy & Guideline documents required at Various New Product Development Processes
4. Central person Anchor NP Automation Projects for various stages / milestones of development
External Interfaces: • Vendors Partners - developing IT systems/dashboards
Internal Interfaces: • Brand team • DEC Team • Supply Agencies - Case Plant, Sourcing, Movement plant • Central Planning team • IT Team
Job Requirements
Education: Any degree in Data Analytics, Batch 2022 Onwards MBA (Business Analytics)
Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Analytics in Retail or Consumer Industry
