About the role

IT Support at Tiqets is more than just assisting your colleagues. We work with all parts of the business to ensure that our colleagues can do their job without interruptions and educate them on best practices when needed. First and foremost, you: Support our users. This means responding to daily tickets with solutions ranging from turning it off and on again, all the way to resolving major network outages. Every day will be different. Tiqets is a young business, and we live by constant iterations and improvements. IT Support is no exception to this. Your feedback and ideas will be instrumental in helping us grow. Communicate with other departments and your colleagues and improve our current systems and processes. You will be encouraged to collaborate with all business areas to find the best solutions. You will be responsible for: Responding and finding a resolution for tickets in our IT Service Desk on time. Configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices. Processing the onboarding of new Tiqets employees. Diagnosing and resolving basic office network issues. Building and maintaining a robust IT Support documentation database. Building and maintaining a Self Service Portal for our users. Providing remote support to sites worldwide (but within regular Amsterdam working hours). Configure and maintain our Google Workspace and Entra ID environments. Assist with setup for webinars online and global meetings in the Amsterdam office. And much more!
