Our CEO is seeking a highly reliable and organized Executive Assistant to support both business and occasional personal responsibilities. About the Role: This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and enjoys taking ownership of diverse tasks. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day communications, scheduling, and logistics, while also helping coordinate travel, meetings, and key company events. You'll need to be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to operate with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Inbox & Calendar Management: Monitor and manage the CEOs email and calendar, prioritize incoming communications, and schedule meetings across global time zones. Travel Coordination: Organize comprehensive travel arrangements for the CEO and senior executives, including flights, lodging, and itineraries. Meeting Support: Attend key meetings, including weekly production calls and monthly board sessions; capture notes and ensure follow-ups are tracked. Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for company offsites, internal gatherings, and major industry events. Personal & Property Support: Occasionally travel to Florida to assist with personal logistics, including property and contractor coordination. Liaison & Communications: Serve as a professional point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
