Location: Iron Station, NC.

 

Job Type: Full-Time

 

Shift: Night Shift, 9pm-7am

 

Schedule: Mon-Thurs

 

Pay Range: Starting pay $17.00/hr, Top pay $18.00/hr.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced in assigned production area.
• Follows the directions/instructions of the team leader and/or supervisor. 
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform basic visual inspection of assembly. 
• Complete packaging of finished product to order specification. 
• Replenish all packaging supplies as needed. 
• Band and scan all finished product pallets according to specifications.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset. 
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
