Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate timesheets, addressing any timesheet-related queries or issues.
- Overseeing the process of employee time tracking, ensuring accurate recording of hours worked on projects and tasks.
- Reviewing timesheets for compliance and generating reports to support payroll and project management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to employee work hours, overtime, and tax filing.
- Timesheet training on process and inputting time into timekeeping platform.
- Travel coordination for consultant travel
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work Onsite from Hyderabad office
- Comfortable working in Night shifts (CST time zone)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, consultants and team members
