Client Relationship & Conversion
– Once a client is onboarded by Sales, your team's client relations and design managers take over, clarifying every doubt and giving the client complete clarity on what an interior journey with White Lotus looks like.
– Converting onboarded clients into White Lotus interior patrons sits with this role. This is a commercial mandate as much as a design one.
Design & Approvals
– Taking the client brief, understanding what they actually want, and translating it into mood boards that capture their world.
– Sitting with each client through curated interior design drawings until they are approved, and making sure the experience of getting there feels considered at every step.
– Owning the timely release of GFCs for interiors, with the same zero error discipline we hold across all of White Lotus design.
Execution & Site Quality
– Owning project management for interior execution, working with the interior projects team and the interior planning division to deliver the finished home.
– Being present at site. Site visits are not a periodic check-in for this role, they are core to how you lead. The quality a patron finally experiences is your responsibility, end to end.
Commercial Ownership
– Interior conversion rate, upsell, and premium realisation report to this role directly. Design and commercial outcomes are held together here, not handed off to someone else.
Building the Team
– You will start small, likely one or two people, and build outward as the vertical proves itself and scales. Project, CRM, and design reports across the interiors function will sit under you.
– In time, this becomes its own fully formed team. You are the person laying its first foundations.
