About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for prospective parents, students, and visitors visiting the campus.
- Welcome and engage with parents and children to create a positive and comfortable experience.
- Conduct campus tours, explaining school facilities, culture, programs, and offerings.
- Counsel prospective parents and students by understanding their requirements and addressing queries effectively.
- Build and nurture a strong school community through positive interactions and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain a warm, approachable, and encouraging environment for families and visitors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless visitor and admission experience.
- Represent the school professionally and uphold a high standard of communication and presentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (BBA, Hospitality, Management, or related fields).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer/community-focused mindset.
- Comfortable interacting with children, parents, and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong counselling and relationship-building skills will be an advantage.
Preferred Profile
- Fresh graduates from BBA, Hospitality, or similar backgrounds.
- Candidates with a friendly personality, positive attitude, and strong people skills.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, front office, admissions, or relationship management is a plus
