What We Need

• Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organization and marketing objectives
• Campaign Setup & Creation: Assist in setting up Google Ads campaigns and developing structured campaigns with 2 Ad Groups and 2 unique ads for each to activate the Google Ad Grant account
• Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions, and make recommendations for optimization
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ads and keywords to improve campaign performance and overall ad relevance
• Reporting & Insights: Share insights on campaign performance, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations to the Marketing team for ongoing improvements
• Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with the Google Ad Grant Account Manager for guidance and learn best practices in campaign management and optimization
• Research & Development: Continuously learn and adapt through resources provided by the Account Manager and other industry best practices to enhance your knowledge and skills in performance marketing
• Interns may report to the office at any time during working hours, with flexible scheduling within the 20 hours per week requirement to accommodate their school schedule

This internship supports the foundation's marketing and digital outreach efforts, helping to promote its mission and engage with the community.

Why this is important

During your internship, you have the opportunity to initiate a ad campaign from scratch to support general exposure and event promotion. This will help expand our outreach, support more individuals in their learning, and encourage them to give back to the community.
