We are a multi-store family owned Ace Hardware. We are seeking a high energy, sales-driven individual who can build and develop a great sales and customer service retail team while achieving sales and customer service goals in the hardware industry. This innovative person will be sales and customer focused and have the ability to nurture a dynamic team in multiple stores where employees want to learn and grow. This enthusiastic individual will possess a sense of urgency to accomplish store goals and work with owners and team to ensure customers and employees are thriving in a high-performance culture and upholding our core values.

Essential Duties
- Performs leadership, supervisory and administrative duties
- Manages and drives sales and margin through the team
- Enthusiastic self-starter leader that builds a sales and customer service culture
- Ability to follow organizational procedures and comfortable coaching the team to be the best they can be
- Is innovative and creative and always thinking about ways to increase sales and build a high- performance culture
- Works hand in hand with other support team members to provide a great customer experience
- Is well organized and a good planner, delegator and motivator
- Responsible for managing and executing overall store standards, policies and procedures
- Ensures a clean, safe and culture driven environment for team and customers
- Holds team accountable for excellence in service standards
- Communicates to the team clear expectations and works with all employees to ensure the entire team is aware of upcoming promotions, events, and customer needs.
- Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and reporting systems
- High school graduate – college degree is a plus
- Retail experience in multi store management
- Understands a great retail environment needs a leader that can see the big picture yet be hands on working closely with team to provide a great customer experience
- Is technically proficient – easily adapting to various systems
- Experience in managing multiple store teams – comfortable in coaching, providing feedback and development
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Shows excellent leadership ability – can take charge, be proactive, motivating the team
80K – 100K (salary based on experience and ability)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
