Service Porter / Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Service Porter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting customers while delivering a positive, professional experience at every interaction. If you enjoy driving, meeting new people, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport customers to and from designated locations 
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service and assist with passenger needs 
• Help direct traffic and assist with customer flow
• Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely
• Keep the service drive and parking areas organized
• Assist Service Advisors and management as needed
• Shuttle vehicles between departments
• Help maintain the cleanliness of customer and vehicle areas
• Support the team during busy hours

Requirements

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Previous experience in a driving or customer service role is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus.

- Ability to handle passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism
