As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an <strong>Insurance</strong> <strong>Customer Service Representative (CSR)</strong> to join our team and help us provide outstanding support to our clients.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><div><br></div><ul>
<li>Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in-person visits.</li>
<li>Assist clients with questions on auto, home, and business insurance policies.</li>
<li>Process policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims submissions.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system.</li>
<li>Support our sales team with quoting, cross-selling, and retention efforts.</li>
<li>Deliver a friendly, professional experience that makes clients feel valued.</li>
<li>Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in the agency management system.</li>
<li>Review audits or policies; verify accuracy and facilitate corrections, as needed, between client and carrier.</li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>

<li>Prior customer service or office experience (insurance experience is a plus but not required, - we’ll train the right person).</li>
<li>Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person).</li>
<li>Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.</li>
<li>A positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to help others.</li>
<li><em>Possess a sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations with customers and solve complex problems without direct supervision.</em></li>
