We are looking for a Digital Marketing Trainer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising) and social media campaign management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students/professionals on various aspects of digital marketing, developing learning materials, and delivering practical, industry-relevant sessions.
Tasks
- Conduct classroom or online training sessions on Digital Marketing topics.
- Deliver in-depth, practical training on Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, budgeting, and analytics.
- Teach concepts of Social Media Marketing (SMM) — ad creation, targeting, performance analysis, and reporting across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Develop and update course content, assignments, and real-world case studies.
- Guide learners through hands-on ad posting, campaign tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Evaluate learners’ performance and provide feedback.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in digital marketing.
- Support in organizing workshops, webinars, and certification sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or advertising.
- Prior training or teaching experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Analytics.
- Experience in paid social media advertising, campaign management, and ROI analysis.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO/SEM basics, and content marketing (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for learners.
- Certification in Digital Marketing / Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
