Position: Support Engineer (MS Dynamics 365 CRM)

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Support Engineer to act as a technical SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will support the platform across entities, workflows, configurations, reporting, dashboards, and security models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support via phone, email, and remote sessions within defined SLAs
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and manage escalation workflows
- Assist with data imports/exports, configurations, and user setups
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to align on project needs
- Maintain documentation and support records
- Analyze requirements and resolve functional issues
Desired Skills:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM
- Familiarity with XRM Toolbox (optional) and debugging apps
- Proficient in Excel (Formulas, Pivots)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Understanding of database and reporting tools is a plus
