Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Support Engineer to act as a technical SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will support the platform across entities, workflows, configurations, reporting, dashboards, and security models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support via phone, email, and remote sessions within defined SLAs
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and manage escalation workflows
  • Assist with data imports/exports, configurations, and user setups
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to align on project needs
  • Maintain documentation and support records
  • Analyze requirements and resolve functional issues

Desired Skills:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Familiarity with XRM Toolbox (optional) and debugging apps
  • Proficient in Excel (Formulas, Pivots)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Understanding of database and reporting tools is a plus
