Location: This position will be based out of The Tiffany Landmark in New York, NY.​ 

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.​ 

 

Job Title: Internship - Client Relations & Events 

Reports To: Client Relations Manager  

 

Job Purpose 

The Client Relations & Events Intern will support the Client Relations and Events team in delivering elevated, high-touch client experiences through thoughtful event planning, client engagement initiatives, and strong cross-functional partnership. This role assists with the planning and execution of internal and external events and supports monthly client engagement moments. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Client Engagement & Events 

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of client-facing and internal events 

  • Assist in developing and delivering monthly client engagement moments that strengthen client relationships and connection 

  • Support event logistics including invitations, guest lists, calendars, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up 

  • Partner with Client Relations and Events teams to ensure experiences align with brand standards and business objectives 

 

Client Relations Support 

  • Assist with client communications, outreach initiatives, and engagement tracking 

  • Support the maintenance of client lists, reports, and event recap documentation 

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for client relations initiatives and programs 

  • Help ensure a seamless, elevated client experience across all touchpoints 

 

Cross-Functional Partnership 

  • Collaborate with internal partners including Client Experience, Operations and  Commercial teams 

  • Support coordination with Global and Americas partners when applicable for events or client initiatives 

  • Assist with cross-team alignment to ensure consistency in messaging, execution, and brand experience 

 

Collaboration & Communication 

  • Communicate professionally and clearly with team members, leaders, and partners 

  • Represent the Client Relations & Events team with a service-oriented, polished, and people-first mindset 

  • Support on-site event execution, including guest support and team coordination 

 

Desired Qualifications 

  • Strong interest in client relations, events, hospitality, marketing, or luxury brand experience 

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; familiarity with CRM or event tools a plus 

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive, professional attitude
