<strong>ABOUT OUR AGENCY:<br></strong>I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of two, plus myself. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and also had a background in education. That experience helped shape my passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others within the insurance industry.<br><br>I’m a graduate of Missouri Southern State University, married with a baby, and our office includes two dogs, Ginger and Piper, who bring a fun and welcoming energy to the team. I’m also a certified scuba diver and have a love for jellyfish, which adds a unique touch to who I am outside of work.<br><br>I’m very active in the community as President of the Leavenworth Rotary Club, and I stay involved through local events and by sponsoring a soccer league. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. <br><br>Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.<br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>

<li>Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.</li>
<li>Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.</li>
<li>Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.</li>
<li>Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.</li>
</ul><div><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.</li>
<li>Leadership and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting sales targets.</li>
