About the role
As a Senior Insights Analyst, you'll be working closely with our Business teams to help them find opportunities to improve performance of existing products using Rewards as a lever and identify new areas for growth and retention. You will act as a data advocate and coach the wider business in our mission to become a truly data-driven company and drive tangible value through product-specific insights and a deep understanding of what drives our member's behaviour. We are looking for a Senior Insights Analyst who has the ability to work across customer lifecycles supporting multiple products predominantly in Payments, Subscriptions, Financial & Business services space.This role will suit an individual who has a growth mindset, is commercially focused and wants to be close to the impact of their work.
