Team Lead - Ecommerce

Reporting to the Director, the E-Commerce Lead is responsible for coordinating e-commerce activities to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, customer loyalty, and revenue. They will deliver measurable growth through testing and optimization including new features, A/B Testing, branded content, promotions, and personalization. This role manages all ends of the site and leads the day-to-day execution of the e-commerce business and online sales strategy. What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference Work on the strategy for the website including native e-commerce functions, new features, and expansion across global regions. Turn raw data into actionable insights (funnel conversion, campaigns, A/B tests, website behavior, customer journey experiments). Work closely with team members across marketing functions as well as with stakeholders in creative and technology roles. Leading product prioritization in partnership with business and technology stakeholders. Planning, executing and reporting on marketing, and promotional campaigns. Act as a catalyst for innovation, maximizing acquisition through best in class online experiences.
