Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Ticketing role located in Delhi, India. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with booking and issuing flight tickets, resolving ticket-related inquiries, and coordinating travel arrangements efficiently. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, managing ticket cancellations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients through excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Global Air Ticketing using tools such as GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
- Strong understanding of travel and airline operations, including cancellations, reissuances, and fare rules.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage bookings and documentation efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel reservations, holiday package coordination, and business travel arrangements is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Indian and international travel regulations is preferred.
- Relevant experience in the travel and ticketing industry, or a diploma/degree in travel management, is a plus.
