Role Description
Experience - 2 to 3 years in MICE Ticketing
Must have worked with Amadeus
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticketing & Reservation Executive based in Kolkata. The professional will be responsible for ticket sales, managing flight and travel reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with travel arrangements, handling inquiries related to bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering seamless travel solutions. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to maximize sales and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and handling client inquiries effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in using relevant booking systems and software
- Adaptability in a fast-paced travel and hospitality environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry preferred
