Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in Kozhikode for a Ticketing Manager. The Ticketing Manager will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing ticket sales and operations, supporting event ticketing processes, and delivering superior customer service. The intern will also provide assistance to clients and ensure efficient ticketing solutions while maintaining excellent communication and coordination.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Ticket Sales and Ticket Operations
- Experience with Event Ticketing processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to handle multi-tasking and work collaboratively within a team
