Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Intern based in Gurugram. The Ticketing Intern will assist with ticket sales and reservations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, assisting with bookings, managing reservations, maintaining service standards, and providing excellent customer support. The intern will also collaborate with the sales team to facilitate client bookings and contribute to the operational goals of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Ticket Sales and Reservations
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience or interest in Sales and building client relationships
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of global travel destinations and booking platforms is an advantage
