Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing (Implant) position at EaseMyTrip, located in Gurugram. The ticketing professional will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks such as handling ticket bookings, processing travel reservations, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales objectives. The role also involves addressing client needs and ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations processes.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of travel management systems and tools.
- Familiarity with airline ticketing systems is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in travel, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-driven environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
