Key Responsibilities:· Handle domestic & international flight bookings
· Work efficiently on Amadeus (GDS)
· Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations & refunds
· Coordinate with airlines and clients for seamless travel experience
· Ensure accurate fare calculation and itinerary management
· Handle all major travel portals and booking systems
Requirements:
· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ticketing
· Strong knowledge of Amadeus and other GDS systems
· Experience working on multiple travel portals is a must
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
