Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Ticketing Executive / Senior Ticketing Executive specializing in Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre. The role involves managing ticket sales, processing reservations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth ticketing experience for clients. The candidate will also assist in resolving travel-related queries and contribute to enhancing the customer journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and handling reservations systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
- Customer service expertise with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences
- Ability to contribute to sales processes and achieve revenue targets
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings and ticketing
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns efficiently
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is advantageous
- Relevant certifications in travel and ticketing systems are a plus
