Ticketing Executive Intern (Remote, Full-Time)

Role Overview
As a Ticketing Executive Intern, you will support the operations and customer service team by managing ticket bookings, handling client queries, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements. You’ll gain hands-on experience in ticketing systems, customer communication, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers with ticket bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
• Manage ticketing platforms and ensure accurate data entry
• Provide timely responses to customer queries via email, chat, or phone
• Coordinate with travel partners and vendors for seamless operations
• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of ticketing systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
