Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticketing Executive for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) based in Mumbai. The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for managing ticket sales, handling reservations and bookings, providing excellent customer service, and assisting corporate clients with their travel and event ticketing needs. The role involves effective communication with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth operations for various events, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of GDS systems and Consolidator Portals
- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and handling Reservations, Cancellations and handling refunds, credits.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Sales processes of tickets, refund rules and airline connects.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in the Travel MICE industry or travel management company
- Familiarity with reservation systems and relevant software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory
