Job Title: Ticketing Executive (GDS – Sabre & Amadeus)
Location: Noida
Working Days: 5 Days (Rotational Shift)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive with strong expertise in GDS systems (Sabre & Amadeus). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end ticketing operations, including reservations, fare calculations, refunds, and exchanges while ensuring high accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations using Sabre & Amadeus GDS systems
- Process refunds and manage ticket exchanges as per airline policies
- Perform manual ticket issuance and accurate fare calculations
- Coordinate with airlines and travel suppliers for bookings, changes, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with airline rules, fare conditions, and internal processes
- Manage queries related to ticketing, pricing, and travel itineraries
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel operations
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems – Sabre & Amadeus (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticketing processes, and airline policies
- Experience in handling refunds, exchanges, and manual ticketing
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment
Preferred Qualifications:- IATA certification will be an added advantage
