About the Internship
Inficore Soft is seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing Executive Intern to support our customer support and operations team. This internship provides hands-on experience in handling service requests, managing support tickets, and ensuring timely resolution of issues in a remote professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Create, update, and manage support tickets using ticketing tools
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely responses and resolution
• Coordinate with technical and internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Follow up on pending tickets and escalate issues when required
• Prepare basic reports on ticket status and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs)

Eligibility Criteria
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic understanding of customer support or IT service processes
• Familiarity with ticketing tools or helpdesk systems is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
