Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Ticketing Executive. The Ticketing Executive will handle day-to-day ticket sales and reservations while providing outstanding customer service to clients. Responsibilities include booking and issuing tickets, resolving customer inquiries, and coordinating travel arrangements. The role involves supporting clients by delivering accurate and timely assistance in managing their travel needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations, with an ability to manage booking systems effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs accurately and professionally
- Experience in Sales and an ability to meet sales-based performance metrics
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant booking software and tools is advantageous
