Role Description The Ticketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves managing ticket sales and reservations for corporate events, conferences, and other MICE activities, ensuring accurate booking, timely confirmations, and proper documentation. The Ticketing Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide prompt and clear communication, and deliver professional customer service throughout the ticketing process. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining up-to-date records, resolving ticketing issues, and supporting sales efforts to optimize seat allocation and revenue.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Ticket Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and support revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess solid Reservations experience, including managing bookings, changes, and cancellations accurately.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and issue resolution.
- Relevant experience in ticketing, travel, events, or hospitality is preferred.
- Comfort with using ticketing or reservation software and basic MS Office tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; prior MICE or event industry exposure is an advantage.
