Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Executive, based in Delhi, India. The Ticketing Executive will manage daily tasks including coordinating ticket sales, handling travel reservations, and assisting customers with their ticketing needs. The role requires providing top-notch customer service, processing bookings efficiently, and addressing any queries regarding travel itineraries. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations for national and international travel destinations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide timely assistance
- Experience in Sales, with a focus on promoting travel packages and upselling services
- Keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with travel industry systems and software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centered environment
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
