Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing and Reservations Executive based in Anekal. The responsibilities include managing ticket sales, handling customer reservations, providing excellent customer service, and addressing inquiries related to bookings and ticketing. The role also involves coordinating with clients and maintaining accurate records of transactions, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency in bookings and ticketing processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations management
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Sales with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to addressing issues
- Familiarity with relevant ticketing software or platforms is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field is advantageous
