Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Ticketing Agent, based in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. The Ticketing Agent will be responsible for managing ticket sales, reservations, and customer interactions. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with bookings, processing ticket requests, ensuring accuracy in reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves promoting sales initiatives and maintaining effective communication with clients to provide a seamless booking experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and managing Reservations systems
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and engage with clients
- Basic Sales aptitude and ability to identify opportunities to promote services
- Familiarity with travel or adventure tourism industries is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and booking platforms
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a hybrid environment
