Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Ticket Sales Specialist. The role includes managing ticket sales for individual and group travelers, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing client inquiries professionally. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, efficiently processing bookings, maintaining client communications, and meeting sales targets. The Ticket Sales Specialist plays an essential role in ensuring smooth ticketing processes while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Ticket Sales and Sales expertise, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Good Knowledge of Amadeus and NDC fare
- knowledge Ticketing, issue, reissue, refund
- negotiate the best deals and commission
- Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent Communication abilities for clear and professional interaction with both clients and team members
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a must
- Proficiency in computer systems and ticketing software is a must
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic situations
- candidates who can manage hotel booking, visas and transfers will also be preffered.
