Ticketing Job Opportunity – Salem
Grand Royal Tours P Ltd is hiring for Ticket Booking / Reservation Executive roles with IATA & Amadeus knowledge. The role is based in Salem and focuses on international air ticketing, reservations, fare handling, and customer support.
Key skills preferred:
Experience in Amadeus portal
Air ticket booking & reissuance
International fare knowledge
Reservation handling
Customer communication
IATA knowledge preferred

On-site in Salem.
Qualifications
Any Degree with experience in Amadeus Portal / Air Ticketing.
Candidates who can speak English, Tamil & Kannada are preferred.
IATA qualification and reservation handling knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication capabilities to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and a proven ability to meet sales targets
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
- Previous experience in Sales or a related field is a strong asset
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Tamil and English is preferred
