Job description
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
Develop integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/BW6/BWCE).
Implement message routing and transformations using TIBCO EMS, TIBCO RV, and TIBCO Adapters.
Build and deploy services (SOAP/REST) on TIBCO platforms.
Create and manage TIBCO Shared Modules, EAR files, and deployment packages.
Integration & Middleware
Implement JMS messaging, queues, topics, durable subscribers, and fault‑tolerance mechanisms.
Integrate with various systems (databases, APIs, ERP, CRM, legacy systems).
Configure, monitor, and optimize EMS servers, bridges, routes, and fault-tolerant pairs.
DevOps & Deployment
Manage deployments using TIBCO Administrator / TIBCO Enterprise Administrator (TEA).
Develop CI/CD pipelines for TIBCO applications (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize integration flows.
Support & Maintenance
Provide L2/L3 production support for TIBCO integrations.
Analyze logs, debug issues, and ensure high availability.
Work on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
Required Skills
Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, RV, Adapters, Hawk.
Hands-on with XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST, JSON.
Knowledge of JDBC, SQL, Oracle/MySQL/SQL Server.
Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and integration patterns (EAI, SOA, ESB).
Experience in Linux/Unix, shell scripting, and server administration fundamentals.
