Job Title: TIBCO EBX Developer
Location: PAN India
Work Model: As per project requirement
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled TIBCO EBX Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in TIBCO EBX development, Java, and Database technologies, and will contribute to the design, customization, and implementation of enterprise‑grade MDM solutions. This is a pure development role and does not involve production support or TIBCO BW work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions using TIBCO EBX, including:
- Repositories, Data Models, Data Sets, Data Spaces, and Perspectives
- Directory Handler, Workflow Models, Permissions
- Complex and customized business rules
- Develop and customize solutions using EBX Java APIs with Eclipse IDE or other Java IDEs
- Work with EBX Add‑ons such as:
- Match & Merge
- Information Search
- DAMA
- Insight and other EBX add‑ons
- Participate in end‑to‑end development lifecycle following SDLC best practices
- Build scalable and high‑quality solutions adhering to coding and quality standards
- Prepare detailed effort estimates and deliver within defined timelines
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address business and technical requirements
- Proactively provide task updates, identify risks, and communicate issues clearly
- Contribute to technical knowledge sharing, team enablement, and organizational initiatives
Mandatory Skills
- Hands‑on experience with TIBCO EBX
- Strong proficiency in Java / J2EE
- Solid understanding of Databases (Preferred: Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Required Technical Skills
- Hands‑on JavaScript knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise Architecture Integration
- Business Process Management
- Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Experience with UNIX and Windows operating systems
- Understanding of Maven project structure
- Cloud experience with any one of AWS / Azure / GCP
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including:
- Docker architecture and Docker files
- Kubernetes deployment YAML files
- Proficient understanding of general programming concepts
