A leading IT services organization in the Enterprise Integration & Middleware sector delivering mission-critical integration solutions for finance, telecom, and enterprise SaaS customers. We design, implement and operate scalable, secure, and highly available middleware layers that connect legacy systems, cloud services, and real-time APIs.
Primary Role Title: TIBCO Integration Developer
Location: Pune or Bangalore, India — On-site role
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, Adapters, and ActiveMatrix to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop and expose SOAP and REST services; implement message transformations using XML, XSLT and JSON payload handling.
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimize message flows, perform root-cause analysis for production incidents, and implement robust error-handling and retry mechanisms.
- Integrate TIBCO flows with backend systems (databases, message brokers, LDAP, third-party APIs) ensuring transactional integrity and secure data exchange.
- Author technical specifications, unit/integration tests, and participate in code reviews to enforce best practices and delivery quality.
- Support deployments, monitor runtime health, and collaborate with Ops for CI/CD pipelines and production runbooks.

Qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in TIBCO middleware development and integration projects.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end integration solutions in enterprise environments.
- Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns, message queuing, and transaction semantics.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and scripting for automation and deployments.
- Willingness to work on-site from Pune or Bangalore and participate in production support rotations as required.
