Transform the client's experience to deliver on its brand's promise in every customer interaction. Translate high-level experience strategy into a detailed blueprint and feasibility requirements. Participate in the design and development of the experience strategy and shape the program's execution. 10 PDC3B Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute innovative ideas, and ensure that the software solutions align with the overall project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks. Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise application integration. Experience with web services and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with database management and SQL. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
