Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Thumbnail Designer. The Thumbnail Designer will be responsible for creating visually impactful and engaging thumbnails for digital content. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming and executing creative thumbnail design concepts, ensuring designs are aligned with brand guidelines, collaborating with content creators and marketing teams, and optimizing thumbnails for audience engagement. The role also includes staying updated with design trends to maintain a competitive edge in visual content creation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software
- Strong skills in visual storytelling, layout design, and typography
- Experience creating engaging and click-worthy visual assets, including thumbnails
- Knowledge of digital content platforms such as YouTube and social media channels
- Ability to incorporate SEO and branding principles into visual content
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio featuring previous thumbnail or graphic design work is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus
