What You'll Do:
Full stack development: Design, build, test, and iterate on impactful features that improve outcomes for our users and customers, and keep our systems performant and reliable.
Data insights: Analyse, interpret, and present data to inform decision-making.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product and Clinical teams to craft technical solutions that reflect insights from our users and customers, and meet real-world needs.
Develop the team: Use your hard won experience to improve everything. Mentor others, give and receive feedback, and refine systems, processes, and workflows.
Shape the future: Bring your expertise to influence decisions and initiatives that advance our mission and shape the company's future.
