We're seeking a data-driven and creative PPC Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other key ad platforms. This role will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, optimizing for conversions, and scaling our paid advertising efforts. You'll work closely with the wider marketing and creative teams to execute high-impact campaigns that directly contribute to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI. Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that convert. Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards. Identify new advertising opportunities and emerging trends to keep campaigns competitive and innovative. Continuously refine bidding strategies, budget allocations, and targeting parameters to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure full funnel alignment between ad campaigns, landing experiences, and conversion goals. Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and PPC best practices.
