About the role
Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Product Development, Quality Assurance or related field preferred; 2-5 years experience in color cosmetics product development, formulation, shading, QA/QC or manufacturing support; strong color assessment skills; knowledge of cosmetic quality systems, SOPs, CAPAs; occasional travel to manufacturing facilities.
